Refund Policy

1. Down Payment (Non-Refundable)

  • A 50% down payment is required before any editing work begins. I will not begin project until the 50% down payment is received. 

  • The down payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances including but not limited to project cancellation, changes of mind, or delays caused by the client.

2. Final Payment & Delivery

  • A watermarked draft will be provided for review and revision. Client is not allowed to use, post, or edit watermarked draft.

  • The final, non-watermarked video will only be delivered once the full payment has been received. 

3. Refunds After Final Delivery

Once the client has:

  • Paid the full project amount and

  • Received the final (non-watermarked) video(s), no refunds will be issued.

Once the finished video is delivered to the client, the service is considered fully rendered and complete.

4. Revisions

  • All revisions must take place before the final, non-watermarked video is sent to the client. (Please see the individual packages for more information on how many revisions are allowed based on which package is selected.)

  • Revisions do not extend, replace, or impact the no-refund policy.

5. Project Abandonment

  • If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more at any point, the project will be considered abandoned. Project and project files will be deleted after the 14 day period.

  • No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects, and additional fees may apply to restart work.

6. Exceptions

  • Refunds may only be offered at the sole discretion of the editor in rare, exceptional circumstances. This is not guaranteed.
